Hey, here’s another journal comic! This actually happened a while ago. I think it was late summer, and I’ve wanted to make it ever since. Sadly, it doesn’t make sense without the backstory, so there’s a fail on my part (note to self: write a better script… or at least write a script where the whole story gets through).

My cousin gave me a large pack of tea bags he had bought during his vacation in Japan. It had been a little more than two years since I was in Japan myself, and I had not tasted anything close to REAL green tea during that period of time. So I was pretty happy about finally being able to make and taste Japanese tea again, and that’s why I’ve called it “nostalgia tea time”. But what I had forgotten was how vividly green the tea actually is!
